National Defense Science and Technology Innovation is the core combat effectiveness in military field，which plays a vital role in independent innovation strategy to achieving the transformation from big industry country to strong industry country for China. China has become the fourth largest exporter in the world. It has increased 7.2% to USD241.4 billion on Chinese national defense budget in 2024. China announced cancelling the limitation of weapon and ammunition manufacture from foreign investment since 2018. The Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) is an innovative and foreign trade center, and also the important supporting for the "Belt and Road" construction. Guangzhou is the core of GBA.
